News Flash!

James started rolling today. The first time we all missed it. Emma, Lea, Clara and I were all there but no one saw him go over. The next time I moved a plastic bag he was trying to play with out of reach and he rolled over and got it. He has figured out how to put everything in his mouth and always wants something to hold. He goes through the house with his arm out trying to reach something as I walk around. When we got home from church he was trying to reach all the food, first the crackers and then the tuda (tuna noodle-Lea's favorite). As I write he is sleeping, holding on the to edge of his bed.

I went a took a picture.

A Visit from Liz

We had a fun visit from Liz this week. We got to meet Keith and get to know Isabelle a bit. She cracked me up. She uses a kind of growly voice when she gets excited. "Aunt Jessie (in her growly voice) do you have a doll stroller." She had wanted to bring hers from home.
When we decided to make mac-n-cheese for lunch, Lea asked if we were having it in the box (meaning not Velvetta). I said yes. Isabelle told me she didn't want hers in a box, she wanted it in a bowl. :)

4 months old

Can you believe it? He is already 4 months old.
He loves to sit and just needs a little support to do it. Smiley boy! We don't often get his cute smile on camera.
Everybody who talks to him gets a big grin.

James loves his fingers. I keep taking them out and sticking the Binky in.
We'll see who wins the battle.

Halloween

Emma in the Sleepy Hollow Play.
Emma's costume and dress for the play. She made most of it herself!

For those who don't know this is Grandma Maughan's prom dress.
Wendy, Tink (complete with attitude), and Peter Pan

Peter Pan, don't ever grow up!

Clara and Lea with some friends at the church Halloween party.

Pumpkins

Pumpkins are
Marianne, Lea, Emma, Clara, and James (really Mom since James obviously did not make his own:).
Thanks for playing everyone. It was fun!
