Help!

So , thanks to Millie we now have a cute backdrop but I'm having trouble with the picture thing still. . . . Any advice?

    I think there was a "to fit" option when I added the top pic...

    Liz says try saving a smaller version of the picture, like a thumbnail, and using that...
    I am in Utah for the week, I think I mentioned that... love Amelia
