My friend Asher in all his Marching Band glory :)
Football players running onto the field for the first time, through the sign held by the cheerleadersHOMECOMING!!!!(this post is also done by Emma) This was my first year going to homecoming. And to tell the truth I loved the game but wasn't super impressed with the dance. I became interested in football last yr so I understood (to some extent) the game, making it much more enjoyable to me than those clueless to the rules. In the 1st quarter, it was looking like we were going to lose for the 3rd yr in a row. 7 Stockton Tigers 0 Strafford Indians. Second quarter, we were tied 7,7. Third quarter we were losing, right up to the end were we pulled ahead 20 Tigers, 21 Indians. In the last quarter we pulled forward to 26 Tigers, 27 Indians, making it very intense in the crowd and on the field. And finally, with 30 seconds to spare, we scored another touchdown, securing our win. :) My friends and I stood on the Tiger touchdown line(the one the Tigers scored with) in the last couple of minutes (all the action was down on the Indian end) and as soon as they scored a touchdown, we all ran onto the field super excited :) it was amazing. SO fun :) Then Ada and I went to the dance. It wasn't really my scene and even Ada said she prefered the Seminary dance we went to in August. So after a hour I texted my Mom and had her pick us up. My friend Megan ended up leaving the same time as us. We decided next yr. we're gona ditch the dance all together and do something in Springfield. :) overall, good times ;)
